Bringing in the Rain

   Mysterious drops of liquid fell from the sky today in Piemerica.
The Piemerican Officers Of Police Department (POOPd) suspected that someone had been poking at the clouds. POOPd stopped suspecting a such when local scientist Piknic Tayble wore a rain coat. POOPd was suspicious of this "rain coat" & decided to take Mr. Tayble in for questioning. One question was "Why wear a rain coat if you don't want it to rain?" Mr. Tayble explained he heard a weather report from
The Weather Channel stating that 'rain was acomi'n to Piemerica.' POOPd took the 'rain coat & burned it. POOPd will be going to
The Weather Channel tomorrow.
