Commentary:
This was one of the first articles written for either Piemerican Magazines (Summer 2001) over a year before Piemerican Disc was recorded. By the time this article actually ran in Apr. 2003 Piemerica had released it’s first real CD so it was reviewed here & completed the long unfinished article. The concept band New first concept album New (lyrics only) was originally going to fill the spot that Piemerican Disc has.
